Operational and Financial Operating Plan
- Conduct a preliminary assessment of the organization.
- Meet with elected officials, appointed officials and community stakeholders to discuss the preliminary assessment and to solicit comments and ideas to address the assessment.
- Develop a proposed financial and operating plan based on preliminary information and community input.
- Based on the direction provided, develop an implementation plan and proceed with implementation.
Executive Recruitment and Temporary Staffing Services
- Develop a customized Candidate, Community and Operational Profile for senior level recruitments.
- Provide research and recommendations to hiring managers or teams regarding potential candidates for the position.
- Coordinate the interview, selection and negotiation process related to executive recruitment.
- Provide follow up services once the position is filled.
- Actively maintain a list of potential candidates for temporary staff positions.
- Provide a customized search process to identify potential candidates for temporary and executive positions.
Strategic Planning and Team Building
- Engage with stakeholders to develop the framework for the strategic planning and or team building process
- Review and Research information as part of the planning process
- Coordinate and organize the planning process
- Develop a preliminary report for review by stakeholders
- Develop a monitoring process and provide technical support on an ongoing basis
Training
- Provide training in budgeting and financial forecasting
- Provide training in personnel and labor relations
- Provide training and support to local government managers
